1. Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the conditions below.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with original tags and packaging where applicable. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.

2. Custom-Made and Personalized Products

Custom-made, personalized, made-to-measure racing suits, jackets, and other products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.

This exclusion does not affect any mandatory legal rights you may have if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the agreed order.

Please carefully review and approve your measurements, design, colors, names, numbers, and other customization details before production begins.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order, contact us promptly at haeksports@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where relevant. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

4. Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation may be possible before production or shipment begins, depending on the order status.

For custom-made or personalized orders, cancellation rights and any applicable exceptions are subject to the law that applies to your purchase. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on your payment provider.

Where a refund is legally due, we will process it within the applicable legal timeframe. For eligible statutory cancellations, standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

6. Return Shipping

Please contact us before returning an item to confirm the return address and shipping instructions.

Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return and applicable law. If an item is defective, incorrect, or returned because of our error, we will explain the appropriate return arrangements.
